MR BATCHELOR'S SUCCESSOR. (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) MELBOURNE, October 14. A re-arrangement of the Federal Cabinet has taken place. The Hon. Mr Thomas, PostmasterGeneral, succeeds the late Mr Batchelor as Minister of External Affairs. Mr Eraser becomes Post-master General.
