[To The r.:Kor.J Sir, — Can you inform me which of the two candidates for .Wairarapa is to be Sir Joe's pet lamb—i.e., the Liberal candidate? Also, ha.v© you any idea of the date of the general election.— 1 am, etc., ANXIOUS. Tauerit, October 11. (We cannot say which is'going to be the pet lamb. One, at least, is reputedly looking «/ little ".sheepish." The election will probably take place in the first week of December.—Ed. Age.)
