QUESTION OF ANNUITY. By Teleoranh—Frm Association. WELUNGTON, Last Night. In regard to a question as to .whether the Government will amend the Public Service Act, so as to increase the annuity of widows under th<> Teachers' Superannuation sclieme from &i-> to £26 per annum, the Acting-Minister for Education stated this afternoon that the matter will receive consideration when the actuarial investigation now being made is completed. Much depended, upon, the general position of *the fund as to whether any concessions could be made.
