T'iie Mayor stated that the estimate Appeared' to be pretty near the mark. The Council had anticipated that their half would be about £IOOO. He thought that.there was ncthing further to be done than, to complete the work agreed to. He moved that the County Council be informed th.-v£ the Borough Council ' would proceed to take the necessary legal steps to find the money. The motion was carried, Or Ewir.gton. being the only dissentient.
