ANNUAt. MEETING. By Tdegraph — Press Association. WELLINGTON, Last NightThe twentyZ-foiirth annual meeting of delegates to the New Zealand Amateur Rowing Association, was held last night.. The-balance, sheet showed the «ssets to be £SB 16s 3d, and that there were'no liabilities, wiith a credit .balance at the bank of £55 12s 3d. The number of clubs affiliated is's2. with a total membership of 2919, an increase respectively of 1 and 13. Twenty-four regattas were held during the year, comprising 177 races,/ and prize money totalling £I4OO. The New South Wales Association advised that any man who competes for prize money, whether it goes to his Club or himself, is not eligible to (compete in the inter-State events. The championships for 1911-1912 were allotted to Otago. They will be held in February, on Lake Waihola. The secretary was. granted an honorarium of h~J 15.8.. The action, of the Council in ruling that a boat-builder building racing ■boats is a. professional was endorsed. iSir James Mills was elected President. ;/
