OVERWHELMS A TOWN.
TWO MEN MISSING. (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) NEW YORK, October 7. The Power Company's dam at Blackwater Falls, Wisconsin, burst owing to heavy rains. The business section of the town, consisting of twenty-five or thirty buildings, was washed away. Two persons are missing. It is believed the whole town is doomed.
