MASTERTON ELECTORATE

MR G. R. SYKES

At the conclusion of his address to a well-attended meeting held at Tanfi on Wednesday evening last, Mr M. Caselberg proposed a rote of thanks and confidence in Mr Sykes, which was seconded by Mr J. Judd. The candidate said he much preferred that the confidence should be expressed at the ballot box. The motion was, however, put to the meeting and carried. Mr G. R. Sykes expects to finish his 'first round of visits to the different portions of' the electorate on October 13th, when he is to-deliver an address at Wangaehul To-morrow (Tuesday) evening, Mr Sykes will deliver an address to the electors in Mauriceville East.
