NEW RAILWAY BY-LAW.
A new railway by-law is gazetted, whdcih wiE interest fiarmers> shipping istook together as one line. It is provided: "Every person consigning goods for carriage upon a railway on behalf of two or more persons or firm's shall make a separate consignment note in respect of the 'goods of earih of those persons or firms, and shall dfisclose on every such consignment note the person or firm on wihose behalf he so con's ignis the said- goods. Any person wlho coinmiits a breach of this by-law ishall be liable to a fine of ten pounds."
