Ga.wdth, of Ujppor Plain, Masterton. jllbfe bride, wiho was given away by ber father, was dressed in white wrth* ov«r-direse of hand-em-broidered" chiffon, and emibroidered jssstan court train. She was attended by bet* sister, Miss Margaret Gawitb, as maid of honour, and Miss Kitty Dalziell, niece of the bridegroom, and Mass Marion Tylie, cousin of the bride, as 'bridesmaids, who .were attired in simple white silk frocks with fissue finished) at the iwaist witah a pink rose, and dainty pink hats and' pale pink shoes and .stockings to match, and aarrdefci posies, of tiny pink Bowers with streamers of beb© ribbon. Mr.R. Gawith (acted as be&t man, and Mir Campbell Carley as groomsman. The hridegroom'is presents to "the brddes- , anaids were gold bracelets, and to \ the bride a gold' bracelet set with diamondls. The bride's travelling ' costume was of navy hiluecloth, fac«d with white. After the ceremony, the Rev. H. * -»W!a-t«on, a reception was held at iffie residence of the bride's, parents, "Koeke," Uipper Plain. A ball in ■ Ihonoup of the marriage was'held last evening, in tEe Exchange Hall.
