HONOURING A DECEASED MAYOR.
NEW PLYMOUTH, Last Night. A largely attended- public meeting to-night decided to establish a fund to provide a memorial to the late Mr Tisch, Mayor of New Plymouth, to take Om form of extending and imjyroving the seaside esplanade in which tQie late Mayor took an albsorbing interest.
