Yesterday, Bishop Julius dedicated a beautiful memorial window in the east end of St. Mary's Ohiurdh in memory of 36 years faithful service of Archdeacon Harper, and the esteem his parishioners bMd him in. The memorial represents' the Adoration Angels, and the early Church's best stvle of art> >■■ ■
