SYDNEY, September 15.
In -the Assembley under the Speaker's new regime, motions dissenting from the rulings of the chair are not 'allowed to appear on the business paper, Mr Willis apparently regarding them as disorderly. Mr Griffiths has introduced the Public Works proposals. These comprise 36 schemes, including several railways, the bridging of the harbour, a central meat market in Sydney, land a floating dock at Newcastle —the total coot running into millionc.
