TRADE UNION CONGRESS.
(Received September 11, at 9 a.m.) LONDON, September 10. The Trade Union Congress has concluded. It instructed the Parliamentary Committee to co-operate with the Labour Party in formulating a scheme for the unification of the various Labour sections. Objectors argued that the introduction of politics would be detrimental to the usefulness of the Congress.
