A RUMOUR.

A rumour is in circulation that the Hon. G.,Fowlds, with Messrs' Hogg, McLaren, Arnold, and a few other mial.oonteai<ts in the Government Party, will endeavour, should they again be returned to Parliament, to form a third party in the' House, to be knowin as the Radical Party. Recent eventts would point to the conclusion that this rumour.is not without foundation. As it appears impossible to secure the return of a Labour Party at the coming poliLs, it is. thought that a Radical Party would be sufficiently sitrong to secure 'the recognition of its demands in the same way as recognition has been obtained by Mr Redmond in the British' Parliament.
