Thie Cartertoni Borough Council have accepted tltoe offer of the Wiainairapa, Hospital Board, thus by paying £2O ipeir annum the servicea of Ini&pe'cfron Miller are -available. An enjoyable dance was held at Olareville on. Tuesday evening, in aid of the hall fund's. There was a good attendance, and music wais supplied !by the Carterton Brass Biand. Messrs C Rieid aind W. B. Allen, were M.C.'s.
