CHOLERA EPIDEMIC.

CONSTANTINOPLE, Aug. 15. The cholera epidemic is -increasing alarmingly. One hundred and fourteen cases and sixty-four deaths have occur rod' during the last 24 hours, chiefly in the Jewish quarter.
