PALMERSTON N., Last Night. The Chief Justice began the sittings t of the Supreme Court here today, to .deal with the eases left over from the unfinished session. The case G. P. Barry v. A. T. Barry, regarding a dissolution of partnership and settlement of accounts between the brothers, occupied nearly all day. Judgment was reserved. His Honor ordered that the accounts be referred to the Registrar of the Supreme Court. The appeal of Norman: Leslie Gurr, of Dlannevirke, against the decision of the Napier Magistrate, giving damages to H. Gefebie for failure to secure a was also heard. Judgment was reserved. \.
