Tho Government has decided to postpone consideration of the Insurance Bill till the Autumn session. The Manchester Unity of Oddfellows are urging that the Bill be postponed until 1812, in order to give time to consider such a complicated Bill. The Government's concessions to the doctors have increased the Friendly Societies"' opposition.
