MAN'S STRANGE DEATH.

DUNED-IN, Augusta. Thomas Burgess, aged 62 years, died in a remarkable manner at Cavorsham yesterday. He was seen leaniiig over a fence, and whe.ll investigation was ,maxle it was found he was dead. Deceased had been working in the country, and came home on Tuesday for a holiday.. At the inquest a verdict was returned that death was due to strangulation, deceased's having !been oaught in the top of the fence, while he was seized with a fit of icramp. There was absolutely no sign »f alcohol. The case is a- most unusual one.
