Paper,bag.cookery, which .has beea introduced lately, has excited'a great' deal of interest amongst.' the : ladies of Wellington, and is about to be introduced in a practical way to Masterton ladies by Messrs H. Beale and 00., Queen Street. Word having come through. Only last evening that a demonstration of the .paper-bag cookery could be aairanged, there, has not been opportunity to find out just what can be done iby it» aid, (but we hope to give our readers in Monday's issue an idea of its wide uses. Suffice it to say that beef tea has beeui (made, tomatoes, puddings, meats, and vegetables, even to onions, have been cooked at the same time da the one oven! Messrs Beale and Co., to illustrate the quality of Amber Tips Tea, will supply afternoon tea at the demonstrations, which wil be between. .2 and 5 p.m. on the 9th, llt'h and 12tb insts. J
