LONDON, July 31." Lord. Stain.mo.re, writing to the Times', suggests that the Lords still possessi power to discharge a new Peer from the service "of the House during -.he remainder of Parliament. He instances .the refusal of a vote to Lord Wen slioydale in 1856. Lord Wonslcydale was created a life Peer.
