BERLIN, July 31. The Kaiser's interview with his Ministers has concluded. The "Frankfurter Zeitung" is assured from a competent source that the Kaiser thoroughly agrees with the action of his ministers.

WORKERS PLEDGE THEMSELVES.

BERLIN, July 31
In welcoming the French Trade Unionists, the Socialists held a demonstration, and pleged themselves to do all in their power to prevent the present crisis eventuating in hostilities. : The "Vorwaerts," commenting on this pledge, declares that the German workmen show an international solidarity, and not an empty, phrase.
