Sykes at the meeting in Mastorton on Saturday night, that the Managers of the Technical Sohool were ' willing to establish a dhass in veterinary science if. sufficient support were forthcoming." Ooradine, one of the Managers of the Technical Sohool, had been present at .the' meeting, but had (been compelled tcr leave early, in the evening. Mr Sykes said he" thought that they should.give an indication: of what support a veterinary class> would be likely to receive. . , _ .A show of hands indicated thi&i only three or four of those present were prepared to join, a class. Mr D. McGregor, senr., expressed the opinion that the present was bardUy the time of the year ltd inaugarate' a class;. Mr D.- -H. Rait said' he-thought ♦ it would perhaps, 'be (better to start in the month of April or May. They were rather close to the lambing season just now. ,
