DAY-LIGHT SAVING BILL.
MR SIDEY'S MEASURE.
Mr.T. K. Sidey intends to again boring in his Bill for the saving of daylight during the' summer and spring months. Mr Sidey states that hie has received a greatfc deal of support for his proposal from athletic and other 'bodies throughout the Dominion, and anticipates being fable to put before House a very large volume of public support for his scheme. It is, however,, obvious thait in the last cession of Plarlinment private members will have leas* •O)pportu<natie» than usual of pushing - on. with their Bills, and Mir Sidey'® only hope of getting his measure passed, is to persuade the Government to take it up.
