By Telegraph—Pras Association. BLENHEIM, Later. The- flood waters are still rising, and i only a fe ,v of the highest business placer, are still dry. Tho rain Continues with but slight intermission. Blenheim is a perfect sea, and it is impossible as yet to estimate the amount of damage done, but it tfill bo very considerable. It is expected that it will be several days before the railway service is reinstated.
