THE Y.M.C.A.
A large number of people will regret to learn that the financial position of the Mastertoni branch of the Young Men's Christian Association, is such that it has been found impossible to retain, the services, of a permanent .secretary. Mr Alf. Snowball has done excellent work for the Association during the period of his Secretaryship. He has been the life and soul of the instltuvoD, and has not spared in tho work of organisation,. The branch is now on. a fairly good footing, and it may ibe tfcfoat it Cain get along -withoat the services' of a permanent organiser. It is sincerely to be hoped that it can. •Nevertheless, tlie services of Mn' Snowball wall be greatly missed by the institution .
