TRIBAL MURDERS.
(Received July 20, 9.45 a.m.) CAPETOWN, July 19
News from Livingston states that the Okavango tribe in Ngamiland massacred German District Commissioner von Frankenburg's patrol, which included two white sergeants, fourteen black police, and tAventy couriers.
The Commissioner himself escaped on the only-mule left.
(Ngamiland is a British possession, but the frontier is not clearly defined.
