The Manchester Unity Oddfellows have resolved that the Hon. D. refusal not to allow sick pay for the first three days of illness is most detrimental to Friendly Societies, 'and there is a possibility of their relinquishing their desire to become an. .approved Society under the lull. Mr Lloyd-George's refusal was due to his desire to prevent malingering-
