Mr Tim Healy, < who has been adopted as candidate for North East Cork, speaking to the electors, said he believed the Home Rule Bill would be more disappointing than the Irish Councils Bill, which was unanimously rejected after Mr Redmond and the Secretary for Ireland had accepted it. Ho believed it would prove a swindling -financial arrangement for Ireland.
