Earth, radiation.— 21.Meg., being 10.8deg. of frost. Earth temperature.—4B.Bdjeg. Wind.—Calm. Weather.—Bright morning, dull, quiet evening; milder. UPPER PLAIN RAINFALL. . Mr J. C. Boddiington reports that rain fell on 23 days in June; maximum fall in 24 hours, 62 points, registered on 15th; 61 points on 22nd; and 61 points on 23rd. Minimum, 1 point on list. Total for month, 4.20 inches. Average for June, 4.57 inches. Total for six months, 19.41 inohes>. Average for corresponding period, 22.08 inches.
