SAYING THINGS.
What the Hon. G. Fowlds has been bluntly saying in the North, Sir Jiames Carroll is echoing in more polite language, in the South. The gravamen of their complaint is that Mr Massey and other members of the Opposition have, been "saying tilings," and the constituencies have begun to think. According to Ministers, however, there is no need at all for thinking. The national debt is not enormous! The administration is not defective! The Ministry is not continuous! The ifriends of the people do not accept titles! The Civil Service is not overrun with incapable® 1 The"" railway servants are not oompladriang! Massey and 00. have been dreaming. That is all.
