A THREATENING LETTER.

EX-POLICE INSPECTOR REMANDED. (Received June 19, 9 a.m.) LONDON, June 18. Ex-Police Inspector Syme was charged at Bow Street Police Court with sending to Mr J. Ramsay Macdonald, Labour M.P., a letter in which he threatened to make an attack in public upon the person of Mr Winston Churchill (Home Secretary), also with sending a-letter threatening to kill Sub-divisional Inspector Reed, against whom he had an old grievance. Accused was remanded.
