The Press Asocaatdoai sent, nio message from Wellington last night concerning tlie meeting of Cabinet to further consider the question of enforcing the death, penalty on the Maori. boy, TaM Kaba. A private telephone message to tihe Age at an early hour this morning, however, showed that the Exeoutive met last night, Has Excellency the Governor presiding. So numerous were the petitions and resolutions received that tihey could not be fully considered, and. the meeting wa® adjourned tali ten o'clock this morning.
