KEIR HARDIES RESOLUTION.
A DIFFEEENCE OF OPINION
(Received Last Night, 9.15 o'clock.)
LONDON, June 15
At the National Peace Congress at Edinburgh, Mr Keir Hardie moved a resolution that, in the event of threatened war, the international workers should jointly strike. There being considerable difference of opinion in the Congress on the subject, Mr Keir Hardie withdrew the resolution, on the understanding that it would bo discussed at the next Conference.
Sir Edward Grey sent a letter, wishing the Congress every success.
