CORONATION CELEBRATIONS.

IVEASTERTON FESTIVITIES. A meeting of .the sub-commi-fctoo-to arrange details in connection with the Coronation celebrations in Masterton was held last night.•■ The foMmving will take part in the' grand procession:— Mounted Rifles, TJie Veterans, Ruahine Battalion Band, Masterton .South Brass Band, Caledonian Pipe Band, Territorials, Rifle Clubs, St. John Ambulance Society, Junior Cadets, The Mayor, Chairman of the County Council, Member for the District, Town Clerk, Borough Councillors, County Councillors, Members of the Hospital and Charitable, Aid Board, Trust Lands Trustees, Technical School Managers, School Committee, Five Brigade and Fire Police, Masonic Lodge, Friendly Societies, Civil Service, Natives, . Salvation Army Band, Trades, and Citizens.. The completing of/ the afternoon programme was held over until the general committee meet on Thursday. . . .. ,

Mr -Young reported that good progress was being made with the' arrangements for the programme for the evening. Messrs, Archer and, Dixon Avere appointed to submit a report as to the requirements for decorating the Town Hall. , Variou-s minor matters wire also arranged. Final arrangements will be made at- a general meeting on Thursday next.
