LONDON, June 12. The Hoi. J. McGowen, Prime Minister of Now South Wales, speaking at a Sunday afternoon service at Sydenham, said that some people in other countries thought that the recent changes would result in anarchy and nihilism. Britain, however, was going to obtain reforms in an evolutionary way. He honestly believed that when they obtained the recognition by. legislation of the brotherhood of man, and its principles were practised by the community, the Christian millenium would be near.
