He .also won the quarter-mile race in 52 2-ssec. CROSS-COUNTRY CHAMPIONSHIP. (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) SYDNEY, June 11. The Five Miles Novice Cross-coun-try Championship was won by C. Foster in 31min 33secs.
