The Rev. D. C. Bates issued the following summary and forecast tonight : . The barometer has fallen everywhere, almost uniformly with moderate to strong northerly winds, itioreasing cloudiness and rain in many /arts of the coiu'try.
Present indications are for rim and unsettled \<.eather everywhere, westerly winds, strong to gale, probable generally, though variable in t!x> southern districts for a time. flic barometric pressure is low and very unsteady. A temporary rise is probable soon in the south, but a further fall is likely to precede a decided rise and cold and storm weather fr .?*; the south, and snow in the South Isia.m
