CETTINJE, June 6
The Mir elites, the most powerful of the Albanian tribes, have captured ian old citadel at Alessia. Shevket and Turgut have .been despatched with three battalions and six guns as a relief to Al-essio. The Mirdites attacked the troops at Zadrima, .between Skutari and Alessio.
