A SUIT THAT FAILED.
WELLINGTON, Last Night. The case in which A. B. Reynolds claimed £3(1)0 damages from the Ci'own for aileged wrongful dismissal from the Customs Department was concluded in the Supreme Court today, judgment being given for the Crown, with costs. Leave was reserved for the petitioner tp move within twenty-engirt days to have the judgment set aside, and *a stay of execution was granted for that time. •
