■(Received Last Night, 10.40 o'clock.)

LONDON, May 31

The Conference between the overseas Premiers and the Imperial Defence Committee has concluded. Whatever otiher results the Conference mtay achieve, its deliberations on the question of defence -will stand out ais a prominent .success.
