WHARF FATALITY.
WELLINGTON, Last Night. At 9.45 o'clock last nighit, a secman, named Wim. Nookles, aged S , and'single, from England, fell c !. : the gamgway, into the war brntr when going aboard his vessel, the iNavua. Noekles struck his head against the wharf in falling. He was .taken out of the water at once, but showed no signs of life. A doctor was summoned, and pronounced life >■ be extinct. An inquest was to have taken place yesterday afternoon.
