NATIONAL INSURANCE BILL.
SOME MISGIVINGS. United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received May 26, 10.7 a.ni.) LONDON, May 25. Mr G. N. Barnes says that the House of Commons Labour Party have some misgivings as to the continued efficiency of trade unions under the Insurance Bill. He would support the second reading of the measure, but his future action would be largely determined by the alteration made in Committee. The Labour Party was unable to agree to the clause depriving trades unions of the full control of the funds of the Labour Party. They would also insist that the unemployed benefits be distributed through the trades unions.
