It 'should not be necessary to impress upon the five thousand young men in the Wellington district who have not yet enrolled as Territorials the fact that unless they register before June 2nd they will be liable to prosecution. Every youth between the age of fourteen and twf n-ty-one should realise that he owes a duty-to his country. He should..fie! that it is a privilege to defend tl.o hearth, and) home of his family, if necessity should arise. He should regard it as an honour to Ut enrolled under- the British flag-- the flag of liberty and freedom. He sihould be proud to be a unit in a system which is designed lo preserve the peace of the world. Those who have not yet enrolled should therefore do it now.
