AS VIEWED BY CATHOLICS. DIFFERENT EXPRESSIONS OF LOYALTY. (Received Last Night, 10 o'clock). SYDNEY, May 23. The Rev. Mr O'Reilly, Provincial of tho Venetian Fathers at Bathurst, in an address said that it was in the minds of millions of Englishmen that the Empire to-day stands for everything that is aggressive, blatant, and jingoistis in its Imperial policy. The Cardinal, interviewed, stated emphatically that the Roman Catholics of the Empire were not disloyal. He added that the Bishops and Archbishops of the Commonwealth had forwarded to the King a valuable tern, accompanied by a letter, offering i K eir loving homage and devoted loyalty.
