Georgesonj agent in Masterton for the Labour Department, has been furnished witih full particulars concerning the operations of the "Workers' Dwellings Act, 1910," together with forms of application, etc. He has also plans of houses ranging in price from £IBO to £4OO. Under section 2 of the- Actt a "worker" means every person, male or female, who is employed in work of any kind or in manual, labour, whose earnings at tih© time of 'his application do not exceed £175 per annum, and who is. landless. It is. understood tihat certain persons intend' asking the Governanenlt to purchase t3ie Bishop's Reserve, near Mastenton, for the purposes of workers' dwellings.
