INSURANCE BILL.

LONDON, May 19. The Hon. D. Luoyd G-corge's.lnsur-ance Bill provides for £4,200,000 annually for medical attendance, including drugs and dressings. The Bill permiifb& of a. capitation fee of sis shillings per head. Recognising the desirability of giving, a choice, Mr Lloyd George proposes a .wide panel of local doctors willing to serve.
