ARMISTICE AGREED UPON,
(Received May 19, 1.30 p.m.) MEXICO CITY, May 18
The disturbances in Mexico are in a fair way of settlement, and peace is in sight. An armistice for fivo days has been agreed upon. Senor De Bar ais to be provisional President, pending an election. General Madero, the revolutionary leader, is co-operating in the restoration of peace.
