MR MASSEY'S VINDICATION.

The Courts have vindicated Mr Massey. They have held that the oartoon ipulbLislied by the N.Z. Times was not libellous. If it was intendh ed to convey (the impression that Mr Masisey was a party to the distribution of the "Black'' pamphlet, it has miserably failed. As a maftiter of faot, the finding of the Court is tantamount to saying that the cartoon represented the Leader of the Opposition denouncing the blackguardly conduct of those who wickedly outraged the feelings of our virtuous Prime Minister. . There are still some, however, who entertain the opinion that, Mr Masisey's vindication has not -been quite as complete as St should; have been.
