METHODIST INDEPENDENCE.
OHRISTOHUCRH, Last Night.
The secretary of the New Zealand Methodist Conference has been informed that the South Australian and Queensland Conferences hare now given complete consent.to the New Zealand' Methodist Independence, having obtained the approval of the quarterly meeting. The consent of all churches concerned had now been secured, and it only " remains for State legislators to give their sanction, but /no difficulty wns anticipated in connection /with the passing of the necessary legislation.
